7 Simple Steps To Profit Without Your Own Product

Ebay ShoppingThis article will give you some sound, simple tips for selling  items on Ebay.

By Clifford Mee

Most people do not succeed on the internet because they are selling products no one desperately wants. If you want to be truly successful sell only things that people really really really want to buy!

Sounds simple? It is.

You only need to find out what people desperately want and then give it to them.

Unfortunately most people online (and offline) are ignoring this basic fundamental law to sales success.

So without further ado, just follow this 7 step system to profits even if haven’t made a dime online yet….

1. Go to Ebay’s ‘Hot Item Forum’ and find out what products and services are selling well.

2. Find a local wholesaler who sells the products or services that are selling well on Ebay who doesn’t already sell on Ebay (most won’t be)

3. Ask them, “If I was able to move X amount of units of your product, what percentage of your profits would you share with me?”

4. If they are interested and are willing to give you a decent share of their profits, get them to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and a Joint Venture Contract. They are both simple documents that you can find and download from the Internet.

5. Arrange shipping with the company. Ask them to dropship the products to the people who have purchased from you on Ebay. (If they won’t do this get them to ship pallets of the product to you for you to do the shipping.)

6. Get them to provide you with a complete list of their in-stock inventory. You’ll then be in a position to offer related products to any ebay customers who purchase from you as extra backend sales. Just make sure you agree a good profit percentage on each backend product with the company.

7. Advertise the products on Ebay and rake in the cash. If you are a complete Ebay newbie or you have very limited time, go to the ‘Easy Trading Assistant’ homepage to do the selling for you if necessary.

This is a proven, simple, elegant formula for anybody with a few spare hours a month to make good profits online. It requires zero technical knowledge and even a complete newbie can get started immediately.

It only requires some surfing of Ebay & the Internet followed by a few phonecalls to some wholesalers. The rest is child’s play. In fact you can even use the Ebay Trading Assistant to do the selling for you. (They would take a small cut of course).

Remember on Ebay the shipping cost is a standard extra that the bidder pays, so you should have no problem negotiating with the wholesaler a fair price to do the shipping for you.

The most important factor to increasing your income is to launch what I call your own little ‘oil wells’ which bring you in cash like clockwork. The above system shows you how easy this is to do.

eBay Explained: Paypal Coupons

Ebay and PaypalThis article talks about the existence of paypal coupons that can be used to help pay for eBay purchases.

By Mark Kenny

Paying for your eBay purchases is normally a straight forward process. It’s made easy, though eBays checkout feature which is fully intergated with paypal.

This enables you to pay with existing funds which you may have in your paypal account, or via your own credit or debit card that is linked to the account.

However like many online & offline businesses eBay & paypal regularly have new offers to try & tempt new users to signup for their services. One of these methods which they use is via the use of electronic coupons which are sent out via email.

Think of these coupons, like discount coupons which may be issued by your local supermarket - something alone the lines of 20% off when you purchase goods over £20.00

So if your lucky enough to receive a paypal coupon it’s simply a matter of entering the paypal coupon code on the final confirmation page when purchasing goods from eBay sellers. The discount will be applied immediately.

If you haven’t yet received any coupons there are two tips that you can use. Firstly, register a new eBay account & never use it.

It shouldn’t be long before eBay send you an email inviting you to bid for your first item - along with a paypal coupon to use should you win the item.

Secondly, & a lot easier just google for “paypal coupons”. These coupons are issued to all of eBay members at some stage & there are many website which exist purely to share all kinds of these electronic coupons. Just copy & paste the number & hopefully it should work.

Evade the eBay Scams!

EbayThis article gives some good advice about how to avoid certain problems on eBay.

By Lionel Estridge

If you’re doing business on eBay, you must know how to identify a scam, and how to evade them. If you are scammed, there are a number of actions you can take to correct the situation.

You can without doubt avoid many scams with the payment method that you use, whether you are a buyer or a seller. eBay owns Paypal, and in most cases, Paypal is the payment method you should use.

As a buyer, if you are scammed or less than satisfied with the item when it arrives, you can dispute the charge easily, and demand a refund. The seller must reply and show proof that the item was shipped, or Paypal will return your funds to your account.

As a seller, you can shield yourself by only accepting Paypal. This will remove the chances of receiving a bad check or having the buyer dispute a credit card charge. Instead, they must dispute the charge through PayPal, and you of course will be able to provide evidence that you shipped the product.

Another frequent scam that buyers use is the bidding scam. This type of scam is run either with two separate eBay accounts - with one person in control of both of them, or with two friends with separate eBay accounts. A very small bid is placed on your item, using one account. This is followed by a very high bid, from the other eBay account. Before the bidding ends, the high bid is cancelled or withdrawn, leaving the low bid as the winning bid.

If you are an eBay seller, you can further protect your auctions by placing a notice on your auctions page declaring that you have the right to back out of the sale if you suspect potential fraud.

How To Use Ebay To Build Your List Of Subscribers

Ebay logoThis article will tell you how to use eBay to build your list of subscribers.

By James Woolley

“The money’s in the list” is a phrase often quoted by internet marketers, but for good reason. If you don’t have a way of collecting email addresses through an opt-in form on your site, then you are leaving a lot of money on the table.

When people visit your website and leave without buying anything, you may never get the chance to sell to them again if they don’t come back to your site. However, if people opt in to receive more information from you through occasional emails, then you can send follow-up messages, and dramatically increase your chances of making a sale in the future.

There are many ways of building a list, but in this article I want to focus on a strategy often overlooked by the majority of marketers, and that’s through Ebay. When you see listings for $0.01, there’s a good chance the seller is using backend sales tactics or trying to encourage you to join their newsletter, otherwise they would be losing money for every sale, due to Ebay’s fees being higher than the sales price.

A good way of generating a lot of sales, and therefore potential subscribers is to get your hands on some ebooks which offer resale rights, and listing them on Ebay. There are numerous sites where you can pick them up, often for free. If not, there are membership sites, where for a one-off fee you can get access to hundreds of ebooks all with resellers rights, or you could of course buy one of these ebooks offering resellers rights on Ebay, often at a ridiculously low price, then resell it yourself.

Unfortunately, you won’t get rich just from selling many of these ebooks on Ebay alone, because the sellers have forced the prices down to very low levels. However, you can benefit very nicely financially from persuading the buyer of your ebook to subscribe to your newsletter or ezine.

It’s estimated that every subscriber in your list is worth $1 per month, so if you had 1000 subscribers, you could expect, on average, to earn $1000 per month. This figure obviously varies a lot depending on your sales copy, and the quality and credibility of your mailings, but even so it’s easy to see why having your own list is potentially very lucrative.

The key is to offer on your main site several quality free bonuses to each new subscriber that opts in to receive your newsletter. Then when a buyer buys an ebook from you, and you send them the email with the download link included, you can upsell your newsletter by mentioning the further free bonuses they could receive on top of the ebook they’ve just purchased, and including the link to your main site where the opt in form is located.

I’ve had great success doing this, because the majority of people, myself included, love freebies, and the buyer will be more than happy to receive extra free ebooks, on top of their original purchase, just for filling out a simple form.

The only thing to bear in mind is that the sale price of your ebook should cover any Ebay fees, although there’s nothing stopping you from offering it for $0.01 just to hopefully guarantee a sale. You will lose money on every sale, but it all depends on how much each subscriber is worth to you. If you have a top-quality newsletter or ezine with hardly any unsubscribe requests, then it may be worth doing because you are likely to make any minimal losses back many times over in the future.

How To Start a Super Efficient eBay Business

This article will give you good ideas about how to start a profitable eBay business.

By Kenny King

Starting an online business sounds like a daunting task. You start to think things like; I don’t know anything about internet marketing, e-commerce, search engine optimization… I can’t even create a website!

All of these, beyond the lack of knowledge of them, cost money. Something most of us don’t have enough of.

There is an online solution that bypasses the majority of what you need to start. It’s called eBay. Rarely unheard of, this enormous online marketplace is the perfect solution to starting a low cost, low risk online business.

The question is how exactly do you start an eBay business, or even start selling a few items? You would think the answer would be to go out to a Barnes & Noble or search through Amazon.com for a $20.00 how-to book for selling on eBay. However, what makes eBay even more efficient is that it is its own how-to book. In fact, the features and support provided by eBay are sufficient enough to start selling and making consistent supplemental income.

So your first step is to head on over to eBay.com, surf through the site and learn all you can and the best thing is that it is all free. Check out the Community section and you will find a wealth of information from other sellers.

After eBay has your business up and running, your next step is to search out the information that will improve your current entrepreneurial endeavor. This is where you might have to spend some money. Of course, you can use the money you made on eBay to buy a book that will improve your eBay business.

You’re in the business of making your market super efficient. eBay, as an enormous community of honest buyers and sellers, is itself a super efficient market, where sellers sell below retail and buyers get the best deal. The goal of your business should be to mimic eBay on a smaller scale.

With that in mind, finding a book that enhances your business should entail a strategic framework for your business. This includes taking a look at your business as a whole. The old adage, “You can’t see the forest for the trees” should apply. If you focus too much on certain details, you may just find your business going under fast.

In summary, browse through the eBay website, learn the most you can for free, begin to put auctions up and make some extra money. When you get used to that, use some of that extra money to buy a book to enhance your eBay business. This book should have foundational, strategic advice that will cause your business to evolve into a mini super efficient market. Then get ready to profit from you lowest cost, lowest risk, online business endeavor you have ever attempted.
